It was made in a shop called The House Of Mirelle in Hull, Yorkshire (UK) - we think in the 1950s. Can you help us find the original owner? It is a special hand made dress that emigrated with them from Hull to Perth. We'd like to add it to the story of the clothes made at the fashion house for Hull City of Culture in 2017.
